Japanese Red Cross Ashikaga Hospital

Japanese Red Cross Ashikaga Hospital moved to an all-new facility in 2011. The new hospital features all single-occupancy rooms, ensuring maximum patient comfort and privacy as well as dramatically improving contagion control. The building also has the latest in seismic-damping technology to withstand the strongest of quakes. We continue to improve our ability to treat patients from overseas, both residents of Japan and visitors, through our non-Japanese staff members and comprehensive staff training. Other areas of focus for us include further strengthening of our emergency and critical care functions as well as cooperation with other local medical institutions to provide the best for patients throughout the recovery cycle.
